Beijing XZDR Investment Management Center (LLP) mainly invests in education industry and focuses on the digging, cultivation, investment and operation of high-quality education assets. We mainly focus on K12 education to build core business, extend to quality-oriented education and vocational education, and develop from an offline education system to an online course and learning evaluation system. Combining education with real life, various educational resources from K12 to universities are integrated. The center aims to optimize the allocation of education resources, promote the synergy and integration of education projects in terms of courses, teachers, brands and operations and tap the potential of education assets.
1.Basic Education (K12 Education)Basic Education is the core part of our education segment. The group has established a high-quality education resource system covering primary schools, junior and senior high schools, and international departments in Hebi of Henan Province, Shenyang of Liaoning Province, Shuyang of Jiangsu Province, Changsha of Hunan Province, etc. Based on this, the investment field and related technologies can be extended to maximize the effect of resource integration.
2.Vocational education and quality-oriented educationRelying on the national “Internet Plus” strategy, we have invested and set up a secondary technical school in Zhengzhou and takes the lead in carrying out the research, practice and expansion of an applied and technological “Internet Plus” talent training system which has passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal of the Ministry of Education. At present, the company has established professional preferences such as software engineering, big data, cloud computing, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and integrated circuit. These courses keep pace with the times and stay up-to-date in a dynamical and iterative manner, and through the course research and development center, new course elements are input into national teaching service terminals in real time.
In order to fully implement the concept of "quality-oriented education", we pay attention to the physical training of teenagers based on physical fitness. We have set up a number of taekwondo gymnasiums and sports venues for physical training of teenagers in Beijing, Hebi of Henan, Xi'an, Chongqing and Chifeng of Inner Mongolia respectively.
3.Online education and learning evaluation systemUnder the background of the national "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" policy, we have cooperated with a domestic high-quality online education platform to establish and operate a college realizing innovation, entrepreneurship and employment. The school adopts courses in an advanced blended teaching mode of "massive open online courses (MOOC)+ flipping+practical training" and relies on the teaching cloud platform with independent intellectual property of the online education platform to build an integrated and innovative education system of "online classroom+flipped classroom+innovative classroom". At the same time, based on the complete online education evaluation system of Entrepreneurship and Small Business (ESB), the results of education courses are more standardized and international.
